Kitchen & Bath Remodel with Window Detail

Kitchen and first floor remodel that included removing interior walls and installing structural beams to open up the floor plan. All plumbing and gas lines were replaced and the waste line from the second floor was relocated. Semi-custom cabinets, a seamless quartz backsplash and double waterfalls are featured on the island. The structural beam was wrapped with locally sourced custom cut Walnut. Matching 2” thick shelves were used above the wet bar to maintain continuity. A fold up window above the sink opens up to the outside patio and garden bar.
