VA Kitchen & 1st Floor Remodel

This project showcases a complete reimagination of the first floor living space. The kitchen was relocated to an exterior wall which was formerly home to the dining and laundry room. All interior walls were removed, and an exterior door was bricked closed to establish the new layout. All plumbing, electrical, and gas lines were relocated. White oak wood was weaved in seamlessly where the former tile floor was removed, as well as where walls were removed. The entire floor was sanded, stained, and finished to perfection.
